Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a form to fill out. This form allows you to provide as much detail as possible so we can deliver exactly what you’re looking for.
Communication will depend on the package you choose:
- Packages that require a call or orders totaling over £250 will include a scheduled phone or video call so we can discuss your needs in detail.
- For all other orders, communication will take place via email for convenience and clarity.

Project timelines depend on the booking window in which you place your order. Please refer to the banner above for the exact timeframes.
For example:
If you book your service between November 17th, 2025 and November 30th, 2025, this means you’re selecting a delivery window of December 7th, 2025 to January 15th, 2026.
Each booking window has its own corresponding delivery period, so be sure to check the banner to confirm when your project will be completed.
